A detailed inspection of your property before treatment is important in providing you with the best services possible. We’ll inspect the exterior of your home first, focusing on the foundation, windows, eaves, and obvious access points.
We’ll then move indoors to check baseboards, counters, cupboards, corners, and other potential problem areas. During the inspection, we’ll offer recommendations on changes you can make to prevent pests from getting into your home.
Your first service includes treatment to both the exterior and the interior. Outside, we’ll treat around the perimeter of your home, as well as around windows, doors, and eaves. We’ll also get rid of any spider webs on the outside of your house. Inside, we’ll treat around all main floor and basement baseboards, as well as any other potential problem areas. You do not need to leave the home during treatment!

We offer two great service plans to keep you pest-free year-round. Our Gold Plan (starting at $39/month) offers service every three months, and our Platinum Plan (starting at $49 per month) offers service every two months.
